Job description:
•Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
•Preparing job offers, employment contracts, visa documents, etc.
•Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format according to policy and legal requirements.
•Coordinating staff training.
•Communication with public services and Govt services when required.
•To handle telecommunication services of the company(du, etisalat)
•To handle mainland, free zone JAFZA, Fujairah and RAK free zone portals, Dubai trade portal.
•Arrange Medical insurances for employees
Requirements:
•1-2 years experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
•Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
•Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
•Confident MS Office user.
Company provides with visa, medical insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
