Hypermarket company in Bahrain is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Officer! Key Responsibilities; . Recruitment and Onboarding . Employee Records, Payroll and Benefits . HR Administration . Partner with other departments to develop and implement HR policies and programs. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a hypermarket or retail environment experience, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Skills: . Strong organizational and time-management skills. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). . Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Bahrain. . Attention to detail and accuracy. . Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. .
