HR Officers

(Learning and Development and Recruitment oriented) Sharjah

Handles various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.

Key contact for employees and managers, ensuring effective HR operations and policy implementation.

Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results Organize training materials and oversee training programs

Requirements-

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field 2+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) Experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Only UAE Based Candidates, ready to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
