Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Officer and PRO to manage all aspects of human resources and public relations for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will handle employee welfare, recruitment, and compliance, while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
• Manage all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Oversee labor management, including food, transportation, and overtime logistics.
• Administer visa applications and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle salary processing and leave applications.
• Coordinate with various departments to address HR-related queries and needs.
Recruitment:
• Identify and source candidates for the following positions:
• MEP Quantity Surveyor
• Joinery Quantity Surveyor
• Architect
• Interior Designer
• 3D Visualizer
• Design Coordinator
• Site Supervisor
• Project Manager
• Procurement Assistant
• Account Assistant (male) who can handle calls
• Secretary
• Screen and evaluate CVs, conducting interviews and assessments as necessary.
Public Relations:
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
• Coordinate company events and promotional activities.
• Handle inquiries and maintain the company's public image.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and public relations, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
