Job Title: HR Officer/Administrator

Location: Abu Dhabi : Bin Fadel Holding is searching for an adaptable and results-driven individual to fill the role of HR Officer/Administrator. This multifaceted position will be instrumental in supporting various aspects of our human resources department, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms and conduct initial resume screenings.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, seeking resolutions to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • HR Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, serving as a liaison between staff and benefit providers.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Identify training needs and assist in the development of training materials and resources.
  • Track training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • HR Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and training ROI.
  • Assist in analyzing data trends and making recommendations for process improvements and strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in a diverse organizational setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
