We are seeking an HR officer to join a Fujairah semi-government entity, who will efficiently administer processes across the entity concerning administrative systems, and processes as well as monitor administrative activities in accordance with HR & Admin policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Handle timely onboarding of newly hired staff by preparing offer letters and verifying required documents.
Assist in Developing and updating the .
Assist the Sr. Officer in Performance Appraisal Procedure for all employees.
Follow up and record the Time and Attendance Procedure for unauthorized absence, Late-In and Early-Out.
Update and maintain employee information in Employee personal files, in HR secure folder.
Coordinate processing visas, ensuring the documents and records are complete and accurate.
Maintain and update personnel records/files to ensure compliance as well as the accuracy of records.
Revise or update HR policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
Handle all files and checklists related to HR from onboarding to employee exit.
Handle employee exit process by reviewing checklists and collating all necessary documents.
Calculate EOS for employees and hand it over to Finance for final settlement purpose.
Maintain employee data on ERP Systems and provide ERP support to the employees.
Coordinate with the staff and insurance companies for medical insurance
Record fuel costs of all vehicles according to the established system and ensure proper utilization and that fuel deposits are replenished in good time.
Create formats as per policy and procedures for IMS and HR functions use.
Verify and update the payroll data monthly by calculating leaves and absence of the employees.
Assist for the yearly/ half yearly Job Evaluation and PDP for the employees.
Organize the training programs for employees in co-ordination with the Department Head and Employees.
Update the ERP software mainly HR Admin, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service modules.
Assist all employees for their day to day queries and requirements.
Manage petty cash, office supplies, order replacement etc.
Assist procurement team in purchase requests when needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field; further education is a plus.
