Position : Human Resources Officer
Location : Dubai, UAE
Salary : AED 10,000 - 12,000 per month
Nationality : UAE National (Emirati only)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Officer to manage human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements :

• UAE National (Emirati) with valid residency.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, preferably in the real estate sector, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
