is looking for a

Human Resources Specialist with Accounting Experience

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage

HR operations

while handling

basic accounting tasks

, ensuring efficient administrative and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Duties:

Manage

employee records, payroll, and attendance tracking

. Oversee

recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

processes. Ensure compliance with

UAE labor laws

and company policies. Handle

employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

. Process

work permits, visa renewals, and insurance documentation

.

Accounting Duties:

Maintain

financial records, invoices, and expense reports

. Assist in

payroll processing and salary disbursement

. Reconcile

bank statements, supplier payments, and petty cash

. Support

financial reporting and basic VAT filings

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field

.

2+ years of experience

in HR and basic accounting (preferably in construction or contracting).
? Knowledge of

UAE labor laws, payroll, and WPS system

.
? Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and XERO Accounting Software

? Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to handle

confidential information

with discretion.
