The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our growing team . This role requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both Blue and white collars - Assist in the development of training programs and career development initiatives for employees. - Provide support for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. - Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available. - Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback. - Coordinate and support employee welfare initiatives and health & safety programs. - Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the UAE. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Arabic and English Fluency
