Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding processes are completed.
Assist in preparing and processing employment visas, labor cards, and other legal documents.
Manage the exit process for departing employees, including exit interviews in compliance with UAE laws.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documentation and amendments in accordance with UAE laws.
Process employee requests and provide relevant information on HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.
Directly in charge to follow up the labor camps occupancy plan, and maintain their states in conformity with the Municipality regulations
Manage all the daily requests from employees and work with the PRO on completing all PRO work
Monitor staff attendance activities.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage medical insurance for the employees such as additions and deletions, processing workmen compensation claims, and offering support to employees throughout the claims process.
Coordinate with the site storekeeper to ensure the availability of required PPE for employees and manage the ordering of materials.
