We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in the Facilities Management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, specifically in Facilities Management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Expertise in employee relations and handling grievances.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing HR audit requirements and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters.
• Prepare, review, and manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE labour laws and ensure company compliance.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
