Job Description
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or Business Administration or related field certification in HR.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding from a healthcare organization, hospital or clinic is a must.
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and visa regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle, Workday, etc.)
