leading lubricant's company looking for a HR OFFICER who can makes sure that the company environment is a place that allows employees to do their best work. also leads the company's efforts in attracting and retaining a qualified workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews Handling
Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Managing employee benefits and compensation programs
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
employee relations issues and guiding conflict resolution
Developing and implementing training and development programs
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Managing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work cultur
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
Writing job descriptions and distributing tasks and powers to employees
Follow up the attendance and make the payroll reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Two years in the same field
Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent in a similar specialty
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
