Job Description

Job Overview: As an HR Officer for a home healthcare facility, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, administration, and compliance to ensure efficient and compliant operations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and administrative staff to support the facility's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and ensuring all required documents are completed.

HR Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, adhering to federal and state employment laws.

Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
Address employee issues and concerns, and collaborate with management to resolve conflicts effectively.

Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, Transportation and Air Travel allowance etc.
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and changes.

Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate meetings and events, both internally and externally, as needed.

Compliance and Training: Ensure that all healthcare professionals maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
Organize and track staff training and development programs to maintain industry standards.

Payroll and Compensation: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments and bonuses.

Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure the well-being of employees and patients.
Conduct safety audits and address potential hazards promptly.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative records.
Prepare reports on key HR and administrative metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in HR and administration, particularly in a healthcare setting in UAE, is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements in UAE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The HR and Admin Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the home healthcare facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations while supporting the professional development and well-being of its staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4.00 - AED5.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
