Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.

Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and compliant manner.

Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement initiatives.

Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Work closely with managers to set performance goals and development plans for employees.

Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Collaborate and Facilitate communication with external agencies and advisory teams to drive organizational restructuring efforts.

Ensure alignment of restructuring plans with organizational goals and objectives and Monitor progress, address challenges, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Collaborate with hiring team to in the onboarding process, focusing on the interview stage.

Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all HR practices and activities.

Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits enrollment.

Conduct market research to benchmark compensation levels and ensure competitiveness.

Administer payroll processes accurately and efficiently.

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Generate reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.

Identify trends and insights to inform continuous improvement efforts

Qualification and Experience :

• Bachelor Degree in Business/HRM or Master degree in relavent field
• 7 -10 years of experience preferably in contracting or construction sector
• Other HR certification is a BIG plus
