Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team. The HR Officer will be responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes, such as job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, personal information, etc.) and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and company policies.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Help organize and manage employee training programs and ensure training records are up to date.
• Assist with HR projects as needed (e.g., HR surveys, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives).
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR-related information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
