Efficiently manage leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
Oversee HR functions such as payroll processing, increment management, and coordination of training programs.
Maintain employee attendance records and conduct performance reviews.
Manage overall employee data and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Recruit both blue and white-collar employees by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
Demonstrate understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Handle visa , including knowledge of visa processing, cancellations, and modifications.
Execute administrative tasks to support daily HR operations.
Address employee concerns and implement recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
To oversee and control monitoring of vehicles.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a primary point of contact for management personnel, keeping them informed and organized regarding company activities
Note: Minimum 2 to 4 years of UAE experience is mandatory and immediate joiners are preferred.
