Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR analytics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR assistant, HR coordinator, or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR data and records.
