A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Officer (6 Months Fixed Term) for their Dubai office. Knowledgeable with human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and updating new and existing employees.
Assist with the onboarding and induction process for all new hires.
Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update databases accordingly.
Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Organize and maintain physical and digital copies of employee records.
Prepares new employee files.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate Learning & development activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or related field or similar.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
English as a first language is essential; French speaking is a major plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience with HRIS systems.
