We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our employees and ensuring our HR processes run smoothly. Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support management in strategic HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, compensation etc.) and best practices.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
