:
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee affairs, UAE labor laws, and recruitment processes. This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Stay updated with changes and updates in UAE labor regulations and ensure company adherence.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to selecting qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess the qualifications and competencies of candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Address employee queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
