Job Description

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.

Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.

Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues, escalating to the HR Manager as needed.

Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.

Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Maintain employee payroll records and address payroll-related inquiries.

Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.

Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.

Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Language : English, Arabic
