A prestigious office in Ajman is seeking a highly capable HR Assistant to join our dynamic team especially Non-Indians.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, statutory & payroll, Administration, Office filing, Prepare the Employment Contract as per the approved proposals and create personnel files with full documentation. Assist in the induction of new comers in the organization.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attributes: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
