Job Description

Rubber World Industry, Ajman the leading manufacturer of HVAC products in the region. We are hiring a HR Officer to be a part of our team to support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure company policies are up-to-date and adhered to.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with certification in HR.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in HR, preferably from manufacturing industry.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE & KSA Labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP software.
