Job Description

Responsibilities:



Onboarding:

Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key recruitment metrics.

Payroll Administration:

Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees. Maintain accurate payroll records and generate payroll reports.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate employee disputes and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct exit interviews.

Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation of performance management processes. Track employee performance and provide feedback to managers. Support employee development and training initiatives.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and letters. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
