Human Resources Officer (Mandatory Marine Experience)

We are looking for a professional Human Resources Officer to join our team, capable of managing all aspects of human resources, and developing policies and procedures that ensure an ideal and organized work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and continuously update the company's organizational structure. Define job descriptions for all employees and crew members. Formulate and organize the company's internal regulations and policies with Marine industry expertize. Supervise recruitment processes, from advertising to interviews and selection and having indepth knowledge of marine position hiring. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and develop development plans for them. Prepare comprehensive reports for management based on marine laws wherever applicable. Organize employee records and ensure compliance with regulations and laws. Prepare monthly salaries and entitlements, and control attendance and departure of office staff and crew members. Supervise penalties and deductions in accordance with internal regulations. Follow up on all employee transactions (contracts, residences, insurance, etc.). Familiarity with all work procedures, guidance, and immigration.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources management with specialization in Marine Industry- Mandatory. High leadership and organizational skills. Ability to plan and make strategic decisions and leave roster for crew members. Deep knowledge of labor laws and human resources dealing with maritime laws. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various work teams.
