Job Description

• Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
• Post job vacancies on relevant job boards and social media channels.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assist in selecting candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee disputes and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Ensure a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and regular feedback.
• Support the performance appraisal process, including preparing materials and tracking progress.
• Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing development plans.
• Promote and monitor employee development programs and activities.
• Identify training needs within the organization and assist in developing training programs.
• Organize in-house or external training sessions for employees.
• Maintain training records and track progress on training goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role (usually 2-3 years).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
