Roles & Responsibilities: Collect, check, and verify the attendance sheet from different departments, and report to the HR manager Prepare, review, and check payroll reports for accuracy, and report necessary adjustments or corrections to the HR manager Be responsible for HR activities, i.e., employee mobilization & leave, employee dismissal, employee clearance, overtime, business trip, itinerary change, etc. Assist employers with questions regarding labor relations and employee management to avoid labor violations Assist with HR recruitment Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, and related fields. 3 years of HR payroll or HR relations in the Oil & Gas field Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel (i.e., Vlookup, If) Familar with UAE Labor Law Fluent in English, Arabic To apply for this position, please send your resume with the subject "HR Officer".
