Job Description
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement and development.
Manage insurance policies and claims processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
Proficiency in payroll management software and HRIS systems.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
