Urgent Hiring: HR Officer (Payroll Experience Preferred)



We are urgently looking to hire a skilled

HR Officer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in HR, particularly in payroll, and be proficient in managing documents and files with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Maintain and organize employee records and files. Handle HR-related queries and provide support to staff regarding policies and benefits. Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training activities. Generate HR reports and assist with various HR administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee data.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role, with payroll experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage documents and files efficiently. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
