: Office Manager and HR Administrator
Position Overview:
The Office Manager and HR Administrator play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment while also managing various human resources functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively, communicate clearly, and handle confidential information with discretion. The Office Manager and HR Administrator must be adept at managing administrative tasks, coordinating office logistics, and supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate office logistics such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel accommodations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
• Assist with the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and celebrations.
Human Resources Administration:
• Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and filing paperwork.
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training logistics.
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with the coordination of performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal setting.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in office management and/or human resources administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Workday).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in handling administrative tasks and supporting HR functions is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,284.24 - AED5,000.00 per month
