What You will Do:
  • Keep our office a well-oiled machine by managing daily admin tasks, supplies, and workspace organization xf0x9fx8fxa2
  • Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination xf0x9fx94x84
  • Support HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee documentationxe2x80x94people are your thing! xf0x9fx92x99
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence like a proxe2x80x94efficient, friendly, and always on top of things xf0x9fx93xa9
  • Take charge of meetings: scheduling, prep work, and follow-ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks xf0x9fx93x85
  • Regularly prepare reports and support management on varying administrative tasks

  • Experience
  • Proven experience in office management or HR administration
