From structurally-glazed facade to curtain walls and skylights to railings, They provide facade solutions to all requirements.They are looking for HR Manager/Head of Head based in Ras Al Khaimah ( UAE )Job Responsibilities:
- Enhances the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitoring the human resources department and ensuring their department provides proper guidance to employees
- Making sure the organisation maintains compliance with national and local laws and regulations.
