Our client is an events company and they are looking to hire an HR Manager to join the team in Dubai.
As the HR Manager, you will have a critical role in shaping our organization by overseeing all facets of human resources management for our offices in the UAE and KSA. This position demands proficiency in the events sector and a profound comprehension of the distinct HR challenges inherent to this industry.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5-8 years of HR Management within the events, marketing, PR or digital industry
At least 4 years as a Manager
Strong knowledge of local UAE & KSA labour laws and practices.
Proven ability to build effective teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
HR Certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) will be highly advantageous
