- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Oversee employee relations activities and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs to enhance employees\' skills and competencies.
