Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Collaborate with oil field companies in AUH to understand their specific HR requirements and needs, and tailor HR solutions accordingly.
Familiarity with the processes and regulations governing the oil and gas industry in AUH, including but not limited to:
Obtaining necessary permits for staff required to work at ADNOC.
Managing employee visas, work permits, and residency requirements.
Ensuring compliance with Emiratization (employment of UAE nationals) policies.
Navigating the complexities of payroll, and social security contributions for local staff.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies and authorities.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure HR practices are aligned with the organization\'s overall business objectives and legal requirements.
Stay informed of changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and implement necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to the organization\'s overall talent management strategy, including succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least experience with dealing with oil and gas industry, preferably in the AUH market.
Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Arabic would be an advantage
Familiarity with HR software and data management systems.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Job Location:- UAQ with travel within UAQ, DXB & AUH.Salary package is Dhs.15,000/- to Dhs.18,000/-
