Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations at our Umm Al Quwain office. The successful candidate will manage all HR functions at the branch, ensuring effective processes, compliance with HR standards, and seamless coordination with our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations at the branch, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
• Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation and databases.
• Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
• Ensure timely processing of HR-related tasks and reporting.
• Serve as the HR liaison between the branch and Head Office, providing regular updates on branch HR activities.
• Support branch management in developing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in an HR Generalist or Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred.
