Job SummaryThe HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company\'s business objectives. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the company\'s overall business plan.
Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development needs.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with regulations.
Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Provide HR advisory services to management.
Collaborate with department heads to achieve HR goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
