We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, policies, and procedures
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards,
Stay up-to-date on HR best practices, and legal developments to ensure effective HR management,
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
HR certification
UAE driving licence
Candidate shall be able to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
