Designation: HR MANAGER

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Contracting Company in UAE

• Proficient in HR software and technologies.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop strategies, job descriptions, and ads. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make offers.

Organize orientation, handle paperwork, and introduce new hires to culture and policies.

Mediate conflicts, address grievances, and promote engagement.

Foster inclusivity and positivity in the workplace.

Implement appraisals, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

Assess needs, design programs, and monitor effectiveness.

Manage compensation, conduct surveys, and administer benefits.

Develop policies, ensure legal compliance, and stay updated.

Oversee HRIS implementation, manage data accuracy, and confidentiality.

Promote workplace safety, ensure legal compliance, and manage claims.

Collaborate on HR strategy, forecast needs, and support organizational change.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and encourage growth within the HR team.

Analyze HR data, measure performance, and optimize HR processes.
