HR Manager
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic and diverse team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the HR function across our international locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on organizational, personnel and policy-related matters
- Develop effective strategies for recruiting, selecting and retaining high caliber staff
- Oversee employee relations and discipline processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Prepare payrolls and ensure staff benefits packages are competitive
- Foster positive working environment through a variety of employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure effective internal and external communications are in place
- Monitor employee productivity, job performance, and well-being
- Resolve conflicts among staff
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 8- 10years' experience in an HR management role
- Experience with international personnel policies and laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and high professional standards
- Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of best practices in human resources
