We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support and drive the success of our Sales Division. This role involves overseeing HR functions tailored to meet the unique needs of our sales team, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly in sales environments, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities -
• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent. Manage the hiring process, from interviewing and selection to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Performance Management: Support the Sales Division in setting and achieving performance goals by implementing effective performance management strategies, including conducting regular evaluations and performance improvement plans.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for sales staff, addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team. Coordinate regular training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Compensation and Benefits: Work closely with the HR team to manage compensation packages and benefits tailored to sales roles, including commissions and performance incentives.
• Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and employment laws within the Sales Division. Update policies as necessary to reflect best practices.
• Culture and Engagement: Promote a strong, inclusive team culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and events that enhance morale and engagement within the Sales Division.
Requirements -
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably with a focus on sales or in a similar fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
