Job Description
HR Manager (Saudi Nationals Only) Work Location: Central Riyadh, KSA. Office based Sector: Real estate development Estimated Remuneration: SAR 20:25K per month + Medical Insurance Required Profile: 5+ years experience in Human Resources (HR) within KSA. Expertise in HR Generalist subjects including; performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and on:boarding, payroll, and employee relations. Must have work experience for multinational companies Must have experience in a hands on HR role, working with limited supervision in a small corporate team. Expertise with Saudi labour laws (such as; annual leave and sickness leave calculations, end of service benefits, gosi, visa quotas). Experience of the government relations and government labour office requirements. Fluent in English language Education: Degree educated in HRM or Business Administration Any professional HR qualifications will be a value add.
