• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices in the UAE.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of the UAE job market, particularly in the real estate industry.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within established timelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
