We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within the manufacturing or industrial sector, and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and objectives.
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it drives high performance and development.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues, facilitating open communication, and resolving conflicts.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and keep HR policies updated in line with best practices.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, handle related queries, and ensure competitive compensation practices.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure efficient HR operations.
Strategic HR Initiatives: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
