HR Manager

preferably with Real Estate industry experience to join our team and drive strategic human resources initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company's goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive within the industry. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related issues. Implement training programs to develop employee skills and ensure career growth. Monitor workforce trends and provide recommendations for improvements in employee retention and engagement. Maintain employee records and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in HR software and MS Office suite.
