Job Description

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's strategic objectives and foster a positive work environment. - Must be willing to travel globally. - Handling the GCC & UK HR Operations. - Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to attract top talent that aligns with our company culture and values. - Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. - Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies and support career growth opportunities within the organization. - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 4 years of experience in HR management roles, with demonstrated expertise in all areas of human resources management. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. - Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
