Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes. HR Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent. Experience in human resources for at least five years. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Have experience in payroll.
