We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will help us build a strong organizational culture, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
