Our client, a well-established Engineering construction company is looking for an experienced HR Manager for their Fujairah division.Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
Developing, recommending, and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Supervision, monitoring and follow up on all office maintenance requirements and office expenses
Create all necessary packs for onboarding including handbook, team introduction and onboarding training.
Managing pay-roll administration, overtime calculations, attendance monitoring, absenteeism, and end of service calculation.
Building a performance culture that confirms organizational values.
Requirement and Skills:
Masters degree in human resource management or relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Manager in engineering field.
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
